In the late afternoon I went downstairs to do laundry and found sewage coming up through the drain!. I called Bob Downey Plumbing. He assured me he would come at 6am the next morning to estimate the damage. They got to work right away, and he and his plumbers worked until 6:30 pm! They carried pails after pails of dirt. The crew worked non stop, the most capable, pleasant workers I have ever had working in my house. The cause of the spillage was that the iron pipes burst from age and wear. I cannot recommend a Master Plumber more highly. Bob Downey Plumbing and particularly his worker Mike Presser, made this nightmare experience over in 2 days, leaving my basement floor immaculate.

Wonderful, Friendly Service

We just wanted to let you know how wonderful it was to work with your company.

We needed someone to come out on Friday, December 8 (after hours) due to a main water valve leak. The service man came out within 15 minutes and told us this could wait until morning-saving us the double time charge, What honesty !

The next morning they arrived on schedule with pleasant attitudes and extremely efficient service. It's a rare sight these days to find people who really seem to enjoy their job.
